Actually I was looking at this feature as a "self-limiting" function.
Therefore instead of having DSS out all the time, it is something you
are going to drop into place when looking for the winning card. As
far as what to do when you run out of cards, you can either have the
trash pile return when DSS is removed, or you just get to sit there
w/o any cards :-) The losing when out of cards thing is one of the
features of Magic that annoys me now that most of the other games I
play have a "recycle" feature.
