Another rule question:
Usually cyberware has certain restrictions for deploying (Muscle Replacement
1 per runner, Hand Razors two per runner - for every arm). But what about
the cyberarm? You lose 2 essence per cyberarm deployed and as there are no
limb restrictions on the card it seems to me that any runner can have three
cyberarms (which would be the maximum of 6 essence lost), right?
