This is covered by p. 33 of the RBT ("The addition of Cyberware cannot
give a Runner more than the normal number of limbs") and further
suggested by Hatchetman 2057's ability ("...ignore limb
restrictions...").
Comics and the modern media... anyone care to guess at how many
superheroes/villains have an extra arm or two?
