Biotech cannot be used on or by a runner that's dead. IOW it cannot be
used once body is reduced to zero. I believe Stim Patch is the only
thing that works in that case.

No. Shadowland tokens and Detect Enemy are pretty much the only things
that let you pull out at that point. Otherwise, if you reveal a
Challenge you have to deal with it.
