Three questions:

1. Does The Ghost Dance turn itself, too?

2. Is a game won and ended the instant a player gets the victory Rep, or
can he get more Rep by using a Bulldog Van?

3. Can the final Rep of a player be stolen by False Mentor? If a player
wins with a certain Reputation amount, would the game be over before his
opponent could play Mentor, or would he lose the Rep?
