THis comes right out of the RBT: "The addition of cyberware cannot
give a Runner more than the normal number of limbs (two legs, two
arms, one head)."

The only exception to this rule currently is H-man 2057, who's special
states he ignores cyber-limb restrictions.

BTW if H-man 2057 ignores limb restrictions, could he have 2
cyberskulls (heads) when the gear card is released? ;o)
