I'd actually wondered that myself... Personally, I'd like to see no cyborgs
be affected by Cyberpsychosis... heck, they've already LOST their humanity,
it's not like they're struggling to keep it (which, IMHO, is what
Cyberpsychosis is supposed to represent).
