Oh yeah ! The card abilities can be used as stingers, therefore they can be
used during a Shadowrun in progress. And Stiletto's ability clearly states
"Target Runner" so you can even give stealth to one of your opponent's
runners during his/her shadowrun...

Isn't it great when your opponent goes on a shadowrun and faces Eyekiller
and you pay 2Y to give one of his/her runners Stealth so that they can be
hurt by the Challenge ?... :)
