My opinion, for anyone that cares (or plays in my tournaments <g>), on the
Torgo/LoTP combo.

Can't happen.
Here's my line of logic...
-The LoTP text includes:
'On X+, TR becomes a Ganger Leader'
-The definition of the word Become:
verb intransitive
1 a : to come into existence
b : to come to be
<become sick>
2 : to undergo change or development
-You cannot 'become' what you already are. Somewhere in the past Torgo must
have already 'become' a Ganger Leader.

For the same reason, you could not play multiple LoTP cards on a single
runner.
If Ganger Leader status could be stripped, LoTP could then be used the
stripped Torgo.
