We went ahead and played that the owner of the challenge is the attacker
(since the challenge "attacks" the shadowrunning team.
Additionally, we played that the card stayed if any of the runners on
retainer team wasn't killed.
Q. When Lone Star Undercover is played, is chosen Runner's threat

I believe it's the full threat rating.
