I'm a little confused by the text of the Halloweeners card. At first I
thought any challenge/runner damaged in combat has a 50-50 chance of being
fragged, but on rereading the card, it says "defeated" not "damaged."
Here's the actual text of the card:
Halloweeners- 0¥, Special/Gang HQ. All Gangers you control are
Halloweeners. Roll D6 after any combat involving Halloweeners. On 4+, frag
any Challenges or Runners defeated in combat that were damaged in that
combat by Halloweeners. A player may have only one Gang HQ in play at a=
time.
To me, this says the challenge/runner must have taken enough damage to
trash it already, and instead of being trashed, the card has a possibility
of being fragged instead. Maybe I'm missing something, but this card
doesn't seem that useful unless you're playing against someone who uses the
Squatter a lot.
