Or plays a fast deck. A friend and I play and he stimmies me
constantly...I manage to kill his torgo, and in about 4 rounds he has
the SAME torgo back again.
My deck involves a lot of cheap, quick runners, going for sleaze.
Naturally, this means that if I fail to sleaze, I get massacred.
Believe me, I like the ability to reuse trashed runners.
Halloweeners, having no cost and no penalty, is a useful card for my
