Ruling was made by FASA, what, something like two months ago? Check Tony's
Official Unofficial FASA FAQ. Isn't that where it is, Tony?

You're totally entitled to your thoughts on the matter, as is everyone
else. No one will disagree with that, nor your right to do so.
Personally, the more people make an issue with others, the less focused on
the whole Ganger/Torgo "debate" things become, which makes me a happy
camper. I'm looking for trade lists ('cause I don't have enough good cards
to trade for what I want....except maybe a Fuchi or two....and LOTS of
Cowards... ;-)

My question (not directed at you, Brad, but everyone) is:

How many people's lives and how they play Torgo (or don't for that matter)
REALLY hinge on what others think? I suppose if you play Tourney, then
FASA's ruling or Tournament rules go. If you play with friends, and they
don't subscribe to the list, and the rulings here or by FASA don't jibe
with how you want to play it, DON'T TELL 'EM.

I like it when my opponents play Torgo, Ganger Leader, LOTP, the Big Ugly
Guy. I like killin' him... (wicked grin) :-) Tastes like Chicken....
