You snipped off the rest of my post. I said this was one of the better
tactics. In the case of this bully player going first, you would have
the CoP's, STNC's, GAQ's, Cover Ups and so forth in the deck. Chances
will be just as good if not better that one or two of these would be
in your first nine cards as they would for him to pull stomper and the
katana. You hold him off a round our two with a special. Then,
manuever your strategy. By your second thurn it's easy to have a
couple of D-Day's, Red Widows, Sam Sleuths, Dante's or other body-4's
out with a couple of Uzi's or Defiance Shotguns/Tasers.

It's not that hard to out manuever a Bully Player in the begin game if
you have a speed deck and good selection of specials.

My Uge Unlimited deck is currently built with an average runner cost
of just under 4.5. Runners range in deployment cost from 3 - 7 nu yen.
It comes out very quick and with a good combination of skills and
threat rating.
