Have thought about it before and decided against it. Lack of street
and challenges needing it haven't been a problem.

The D-Day I'd be losing is one of the four who can use the Vindcator.
He's also one of the four base gangers that can add to or receive
LotP. Plus he's one of the main four that add 5 rep to gang war and
receive the bonus from Turf War.

Duncan costs another nu yen. He only has the Street-2 for skills
(where I'd be better off with another Sam the Sleuth if I wanted
that). His special isn't anything I can't already sleaze well between
runners and other sources. Not to mention street challenges I couldn't
sleaze at the time tend to be ones I can just soak the damage on and
and reset the alarm with Sleaze if need be.

Overall I didn't find him worth the extra money and having to pull one
of the other core runners.
