All unturned Runners are indeed present in the safehouse. When a Runner
engages in Runner-Runner combat, he must turn to do so. So the Wanted
Runner would be no longer in the safehouse when combat begins. Btw,
Wanted is not meant for assassins but for bounty hunters seeking out
criminals. Actual use may vary ;o] ---Felix
