I doubles your runners entire threat rating, not just the gun bonus. Note
that Armor Piercing Ammo says: "Treat armored targets as if the were
unarmored" (Or something along those lines), so yes, with this combo it is
double your runners whole threat rating to everything.
E.g. Red Widow, with an Ares Predator, a Cyberarm, and the above ammo
combination would do (5+3+2) x2 = 20 damage.
