My opponent has one Thrash in play. I've got a Shady Manager on him, and a
Hollywood unturned. Timingwise...

Can I make him roll for the Shady Manager, and if he gets to keep the money
(with a 1-3), THEN use Hollywood? If so, cool combo. Although, it looks
to me like the time to use Hollywood's ability might have passed.

Hollywood: "Turn to cancel the effect of target Runner's Fame until end of
turn."

Shady Manager: "Each time a Runner deployed by target player earns nuyen
using fame, roll D6: 1-3: No effect. 4+: The nuyen earned goes into your
Credstick instead of target player's Credstick."
