We've always played that you would do his own after yours so it would be
best to play after finishing all of yours first. The card is Much better
with All or nothing played with it :)

I believe it stays for just the current Shadowrun.

? Once the alarm is triggered, its on for the Whole Shadowrun, but resets on
the next players turn.
