If a Rigger is on a run and his drone is destroyed I would guess
that on the next Challenge (or at the Objective, if that follows the
Challenge/Event that destroyed his drone) he is capable of participating in
the fight (i.e. - using his attack rating).

As far as skills, as long as the Runner is present he can contribute
his skills to the run. This means that deckers staying in the safehouse do
not get to apply their skills to the run.
