Then besides of LOTI, Bodyguards, GAQS, WGC, Whoops!, how can you protect
the wanted runner ?? There sure can be a way !! Does Tactics: Scatter
works ??

One thing's for sure, I just learn that the wanted runner must turn when
he is attacked. Where did you get that ??
