Definitely not true: You can play multiple Moonlightings, Cement Shoes,
and so on - so long as you can meet the cost.
Re Stingers reacting to an event: Many of the cards use a wording style
similar to "play just after (foo) has happened". Since, after you play
the Stinger, the original event has no longer 'just' happened, a second
card would not be able to be played.
It's not *too* unbalancing if you allow multiples, since most of the
Stingers have a good cost-to-effect ratio. It's also a bit lawyerish,
so take it to be as firm a rule as you wish.
