The Elementals band is really cool, but I don't get this one.
The Cobalt Marie shows up in the module "Shoot the Dragon" (I'm not sure
if it's the exact translation).
It's a private club where corporations can lead negociations. But it's not
a neutral place: the club sells hot informations to the biggest corporations.
So I don't see the relationship with your card.
How instead a location which would let the best offering player taking a look
at the hand of a target player ?
