How about this corny version....
THE COBALT MARIE / Location (Street) / 3Y
May only be used once per turn.
Turn and frag a Runner you control to put a Cobalt Marie token into
play. A Cobalt Marie token counts as a 3/3 Runner. If your opponent is
male, he must drool as long as there are Cobalt Marie token in play or
forfeit the game.
