Originally, Olaf wanted the Challenge to send all present Human Runners
back to the safehouse, but I changed it because it seemed illogical that
the Metahumans wouldn´t be supported by their Human chummers (unless
they had a pure shadowbusiness relationship - improbable if thinking of
Madam F. R. :]). To the above I´d add Target Runner for the one attacked
Runner - just to make sure Torgo eats dust. ---Felix
