My original idea for a point system was that as in SR some runners are more
feared than others. This elite group of runners are those that still
interact within the shadowrunning community but are given a sort of grudging
respect. Such shadowrunners include Argent, Fastjack and Kyle Teller. SR
used karma to represent a runner's fame. In SRTCG there's Reputation.
My idea was a cumilative increment with a
monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual???? degradation. Also when
joining a tournament, a theshold point must be reached before a player
starts gaining points or else he will start loosing points. (Hey there is
something called bad rep you know). Also degradation will depend on the
number of tournaments played. The more tournaments played the greater the
degradation. (Hey many moderately successful runs are more quickly forgotten
than 1 stupendously well carried out run).
These are my ideas,I've not gotten down to numbers ....yet......
