Nice simple but not too effective. Eg. I play 5 tournaments(20-24), I win
moderately and get 5th all 5 times. My friend plays once(20-24), he wins
briliantly, gets 1st.

He is a much better player than me, but we have the same points because I
played
more? Think of this in 10 times the number of games.

Anyway there should be some time - degradation otherwise new players will
never be able to catch up with older players.

More suggestions please.
