There's one that you could get from FASA : NERPS!
I don't know if there are anymore... You can get the rest by trading after
you get some trading stock . Some members here will have them. I don't get
Shadis here but I still managed to get my Fuchi Industries (as well as my
Adam Bombs and Maglock Passkey) by trading on this list.
