Because he is alive until end of turn, wich mean that:

-You can heal him (only with "stimpatces", the spell doesn't work)
-He is still able to take an objective, even if he is a "walking dead".

There can be 2 challenges by player in a 3 players game, 1 challenge by
player in a 4+ player game.

"Bluffing" is when you put a non-challenge card on an objective instead of a
challenge card.

You can do that, for exemple, if you had no (or not enough) challenge cards
in hand and will not be able to intercept. this can make your oponnent
doubt.(if you are not able to intercept and have an unprotected objective,
your opponent will surely take it).

To intercept a shadowrun:
1 the shadowrun must be unprotected (At the start of the run, there is no
challenge that can stop the shadowrunning player)

2 You must declare you want to intercept and turn the runner(s) you send to
intercept.(that mean a runner vs runner fight )

3 YOU CAN ONLY INTERCEPT ONCE FOR EACH OBJECTIVE.

Hope this help.
