It all depends on the situation, just because it's possible doesn't mean it
should be done. If you can win the game by doing that, then yes, it's a very
good idea. If your opponent has no runners and no nuyen (I've used tinman in
a money staeler deck before) yes it's a good idea. However it usually isn't.
Anyway I think the point was that it could be done, not wether it was
strategically sound....
