Silly me for volunteering for an effort and not really explaining how
I'd do it.

Here's a short list of 'vitals':
- Name
- Email address
- Webpage (if you have one)
- City / State / Country
- Gaming store you hang out (probably optional)

I'll list players first by country, then by state or province, and then
alphabetically by last name.

So... something like this:
