Note the 'Best' Deck doesn't really count, especially when it's 4 players on
the table.
Play attitude is important. If everybody on the table hates you, you will
still probably lose. (This is good. It promotes good sportmanship OR
ELSE...) Also this is not only about being better it just allows other
players see whos doing well in the tourny scene. Think something like Grand
Prix points. Except you don't have to play each other, you can play at home
and try to beat the current champion in Califonia for example.
