Yes, as I've said before that is what the Doc Wagon Platinums are for.
Biotech is used on the Trolls, Mega Hawkwinds and drug pumped runners.

I only play two player games. I never design decks to beat a specific
deck. If I did that I would only be able to beat one type of deck.

I think my deck would only be stronger in multiplayer games. If you
were around when the Tourney rules were first brought up, you'ld know
that I'm very much against the multi-player game format. I think
that it leads to some people being ganged up on, and doesn't really
prove who is the best player. Besides I can't really practice that
style of play with the differences in my friends schedules. ;)
