Not bad, I had not realized that Katana, Switchblade, etc. damage is not
silenced, that seem a bad oversite to me as well. However, remember
that
weapon foci are also great at destroing spirits too. So add ("Trash
weapon
foci to Frag target spirit")

What do you think?

Or D6+conjuring/sorcery skill armor piercing damage. The weapons are
effective against spirits, but don't break because of it.
