After reading the suggestions here is Weapon Focus rev. 2

Type - gear accessory
cost - 6¥
Play on runner with conjure or sorcery.
Play on a non-cyberware mele weapon
Player chooses one of the following effects
+1/+0 to runner
+0/+1 to runner
Runner does silenced damage while using this weapon
Runner also gains the benifit of double damage vs. awakened
challenges. And if Runner is trashed return Weapon focus to
players hand.

I increased the cost to comp for the return to players hand. and
the double damage to awakened challenges.
