There are quite a number of cards (non-promos!) that make Maglocks much
less effective. The Big Rig, from Underworld, can smash em to pieces;
Jinx or the Jinx Spirit can short them out; Steamroller and Crash can
take them offline. Just a Rumor, Suicide Run, and Rampaging Mutant can
just plain remove them from existence.

And of course, a lot of Runners with Technical can help - Ajax, da
Proffezur, and Tin Man among them.
