I do not feel this is a overpowering card. here is why. yes it trashes
some runners. but only the ones in play. cards is played and gone. you
can then play that runner again. unless they use the in the spot light
as a combo.

I think this card is great in that it will give even more reason to to
have 4 of 1 runner in your deck. down with stomper/katana decks.

plus how many times do you see each player with 4 of the same runner
in there safe house at the same time.

there is one thing that could help and that would be to make the card
a Unique. and keep the up-keep plus lose the make it a prime runner.
