ok, since the card says the runner is now a Prime Runner, it means no one in the entire
game can put out the same runner until that runner is killed. And you very often see 4 of
the same runner out, especially when it comes to Thrashes and Stompers. That's why in my
earlier post I said that it should be a sliding scale of prices.

Oh yeah, and imagine what would happen if someone State of Confusioned this to target one
of your runners, ouch...
