Hello Chummers,

Use common sense -not weasel wording. The physical situation would be
the bounty hunter faces off against a fully tooled up opponent.
Squarrrrrk does not remove his stuff and leave himself naked ( 2 points
of body) just as the bounty hunter shows up .

I'd really be curious to see what the general consensus is on that
suggestion on this list. God, it'd be nice to actually be able to
afford
to kill Skwaaaark, Grizzly, and Torgo!

From the Official FASA FAQ:

The Bounty Hunter card reads: "X = Body of target Runner". Does that
mean the Body of the Runner as it is printed on the card or the current
Body of the Runner (taking damage, etc. into account)?

Use the current Body of the Runner and take damage, Dermal Plating, etc.
into account.

This means that a Skwaaark coming off a shadowrun with 2 body left would
cost 4 nuyen (2 nuyen for the armor and 2 for the body).
