Having to roll made it a real pain, and it only works once. Most like the team is gonna
hit a challenge and then pull out right away if your STNC works. It also has a down side
if you're using it to switch those Wake the Deads to real challenges; you're not able to
pump any of the challenges (this is also a decent defensive stratergy if you're playing
against a money deck).

I don't think they can pull out, STNC acts on one revealed challenge and the
challenge is only revealed _AFTER_ they decided to face it, therefore they
_MUST_ face it.
