Like Loki, my Torgo does no harm to my elves. I'll keep him in 'till he
starts popping mine off. He's a good card, and is the upkeep is tolerable in
a low cost deck.

It is really just a regular deck that happens to have an extraordinary
number of elves in it (14), more than enough to make the Tir Tarangire worth
my while, and I find that limiting card selection for a theme also limits
effectiveness.
If you've got some more specific suggestions, please make them.
