2nd Run will be trading out some 35 cards for new ones. So there will be cards
you won't get by buying 2nd Run alone. I know Prime Runners are a big target
for swap out.

You may be able to trade for the Limited Edition ones you'll be missing, but
that's another 30-some cards to trade for on top of trying to complete a set
(if that's what you're out for).

Also, from a collectors stand point, alot of cards that will repeated in 2nd
Run are going through revisions. This means, if your an anal collector and
want a complete set of all cards, you'll want the Limited Edition one as well
as it's 2nd Run duplicate. (For example Torgo and Torgo II, or Halloweener
Hell both missing and with printed Threat Rating).

I guess it boils down to whether you're collecting or just playing, and then
how much you want to work to get the 35 or some cards that differ between the
sets.
