Neither of these two really "work" in my image of the SR world. What does
"Quantam Blow" actually do? Channel more mana into the target? Allow the
magic user to cast a higher powered spell than normal? (Foci..)

I might be using too much RPG interpretation into this, but I don't want to
see cards that represent 'things' that can't/don't exist in SR.
