Allowing Cover Up to nullify the Device that way would totally weaken the card. Of
course, I can't imagine an Objective sitting around for eight turns anyways, unless maybe
its the first Challenge in the game.
When its got Cover Up on it, at least it won't have any new Time tokens added. There's a
small consolation.
Hmm: Connive a way to get all of your Runners into Lone Star Lock-Up, and *then* detonate
the device. Maybe, maybe, maybe...
