Ummm.... the card is so specific in it's use that I agree that it should
stay around. Think about it, how often do you see a runner that is so
cybered that he's under 1 essence? Maybe Sqwaaaark!, but that's about
it. I've occasionally seen someone use both Muscle Augs and Dermal
Plating together, which puts them to 0, but that doesn't seem to be a
common occurance.

CyberPsy is a rare card that is only usable in extreme circumstances,
those two factors demand that the card have a major effect when you
actually get to play it.

But that's just my opinon...

Take no offense in this, but I will challenge your opinion. First of
all, you roll a die and add essence cost so far accumulated. Lets put an
example: 2 hand razors, 2 points of essence, d6+2 -> on a roll of 1, your
runner is safe; on a roll of 2-3, your runner drolls; on 4+, trash your
runner. All this for the low cost of 2 points of essence. Put some
probability in that and your runner is useless or dead. This card is
even nastier than Widow's Trap with an All or Nothing!

Second, IMHO, it's not because a card is rare that it must have a major
effect. I mean, I prefer Wanted than Knock-knock. The card is more
versatile, cheaper, and gives you rep points.

Another thing, if cards are marked as Commun, Uncommun, Rare, or Promo,
it's only to make people buy more cards, favorise trading, and putting
high prices on rarer cards (does Magic ring a bell ??). Don't get me
wrong on this; I'm in the loop and I'm glad but still, you got to admit
that this kind of product was built to make serious money !!!

One last thing, I think you should compare cards by what they do
(advantages vs drawbacks) and not by there rarety. If you had every
cards 4 times, would you build the same deck as your current top deck ??
I think not well, I my prime deck would be different !!!!
