Actually, I'm of the opinion that Hermetic Library is rarely worth the
effort. On occassion, you *may* get out a mage for just the 2¥ visiting
fee, but very few mages/shamans cost more than 3¥ or 4¥ to begin with so
what you save there is rarely going to cover what you've lost on previous
visits (not to mention the 3¥ it cost to put into play) unless your deck i=
s
completely comprised of mages/shamans. There are better ways that to dig
for those cards.
Of course, this all changes if you use Watcher Spirits or, to a limited
(more expensive) extent, Foretelling.
