What does it mean (for hand-to-hand weapons)
when it says add melee to attack value?

Yust as it say´d, to add the melee value of the runner to the attack=
value.

When you put a 'rounds' accessory on a gun,
do you have to trash the card to use the rounds?
Or just turn the card? Or does the gun *always*
have those rounds?

The gun always has those rounds.
