I refer to later in the card, I belive it says "4-5: Runner may not do
anything this turn".
This quote doesn't matter because even if the card is good for one or
more turns, the result of the roll is good for only one turn.
Anyway, I made a rapid scan of the UW set with similar results. Two of
them are Suicidal Tendencies and The Price of Fame. The first card say
Play on target Hermit Runner and roll D6. The other card say Play on TR
with Fame. Each time TR uses Fame, place a -0/-1 Burnout tokken on that
Runner. I think the difference is clear...
