Not quite. Keep in mind that most of the Runners he's using are 2/3 or
3/4; there's no difference between using Heal to remove three damage
from a 3/4, and using Biotech to heal him completely.

Except, of course, the price; that and Heal turns Mages into healers.
So toss the Heal onto the Preach, and you've got a Biotecher who *won't*
die from Riots.
