No. Fastjack has no defined race on purpose. He is so much hidden in
shadows and manages to conceal his true identity so well that nobody
knows his race. Because of this, Fastjack is not subject to any
race-relevant card effects. ---Felix

Not even Sudden Gobinization ?? One of my favorite to get rid of him...
